The Toptal VP of recruiting is tasked with improving recruiting processes and team output by understanding and tracking recruiting metrics. However, given the individualized nature of each recruiting member’s hiring efforts, a one-size-fits-all analysis of the recruiting staff wouldn’t tell the whole story.

To tell a complete story, each recruiter would typically need to manually aggregate multiple sources and compare their KPIs against past performance. Given the convoluted efforts required to piece together various sources, most team members can only perform the analysis they need with support from analysts across the company.

No analyst? No problem

To help satisfy Toptal’s integration and analysis requirements, eqtble built a deep integration with their ATS (Lever) and HRIS (UKG Pro). With minimal setup required, Toptal could quickly sync data across various sources into a unified data store within weeks. As a result, eqtble became a one-stop-shop for recruiters to each tell a story about the effectiveness of their hiring efforts.

In addition to gaining back hours, the recruiting manager and their team were able to keep a pulse on their workforce trends, starting with Toptal’s headcount growth, and remain proactive in their strategy. The platform has been a powerful tool for the company, allowing the recruiting team to gain valuable insights and data that can be used to improve their overall recruiting efforts. The use of the platform has also helped to up-level data literacy within the organization, allowing for more effective decision-making and strategy development within the organization.
