Thought I'd change it up today and create a story using eqtble in less than 2 minutes.
But first a story -
One of the biggest challenges we had at WeWork was, we had built these amazing, robust, packed with data dashboards in Tableau but...no one was using them.
The dashboards were a one-size-fits-all approach so our end-users weren't extracting any relevant insights. The KPIs and charts we had populated our headcount, attrition, and talent dashboards were built based on our view of what our end-users wanted.... not what they actually wanted.
To make the connection between the data and business activity for our end-users, we hired People Analytics Business Partners.
The gap still remained and we receiving huge amounts of requests to make dashboard modifications, or create very specific dashboards for their business use-cases.
What could we do to solve everyone's needs without taxing the analysts on our team and creating 100s of variations of the same dashboards?
